How do I return my product?
For returning an item, please contact Goo-Goo Baby Customer Service at with the following details:
  1. Order number
  2. Product being returned
  3. Reason for requesting a refund

Please ensure your request meets the criteria listed in our Return Policy.

What is your return policy?
1. Items may be returned if they meet the following criteria:
  • product must not have been used
  • product must be in original packaging
  • packaging must not be damaged
  • Goo-Goo Baby must be contacted within 7 days of receiving your order
2. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for each item returned.
3. Return shipping to Goo-Goo Baby will be at the customer's expense.
4. Refunds will be processed to the customer's credit card once product is received back by Goo-Goo Baby.
5. A product deemed to have a manufacturer's defect will be replaced by Goo-Goo Baby including the cost to re-ship the item, and are not eligible for a refund.
